The Collective for Development of Youth Culture (DRMK in Slovenian) is a voluntary collective of young people whose aim is to stimulate and facilitate cultural initiatives related to alternative music and arts in a non-profit, non-commercial way. Events draw on voluntary work, enthusiasm and cooperation on concrete actions and projects and involve mostly young people who otherwise might not get a chance to perform and take part in events such as these.

In recent years DRMK has launched over 80 successful events known as Youth Actions, including annual editions of the international Noise Festival (which started in 2001) and numerous concerts by music groups from various countries. They have also organised film, documentary and lecture screenings and a two-day art workshop followed by an exhibition at an old castle. Groups and individuals from all parts of Slovenia and other countries of Europe, USA, Japan, Australia and Asia have been included in the collective's projects. They have also published a comics collection and released two music compilations. In the first years, the concerts and other events took place in Klub Gromka, AKD Izbruh and occasionally some other venues, but since 2006 have settled in Klub Menza pri koritu.
